About the job
Di Nostro AB is looking for an experienced and service-oriented barista to join our team in Stockholm.
You will work in a modern café environment with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and excellent customer service. We serve specialty coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and breakfast to our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages
Maintaining consistency and quality in coffee preparation
Preparing sandwiches and light café food
Taking orders and operating the cash register
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Keeping the café clean and organized
Working closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 5 years of barista experience (required)
Has strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee equipment
Is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Has a strong customer service mindset
Is responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Works well in a team
English is required. Swedish is considered a plus.
Employment Conditions
Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Start date: As agreed
Salary: According to the collective agreement within the Swedish hotel and restaurant industry
