Job Description
Our partner company at Brige is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead their dynamic team in a popular city-centre venue. You will oversee all bar operations, ensure top-quality service, manage staff schedules, and maintain high standards in both customer experience and profitability. This is a full-time (100%) position in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
About This Role
As Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily running of the bar, from stock management and supplier relations to team training and event coordination. You’ll lead by example, fostering a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a key hospitality operation and grow your leadership career within a trusted partner establishment
Requirements
Proven experience in bar management or supervisory roles
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of beverage trends, inventory systems, and cost control
Ability to motivate a team and work effectively under pressure
