We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer to join our self-organizing Tracking Information team in Solna, Stockholm. Here, you will build and maintain the central systems that handle massive data volumes to enable real-time tracking for consumers across the Nordics.

The Role & Culture

You will design and develop robust microservices, primarily in Java, deployed in Kubernetes. We believe in full DevOps ownership - you own your code from design to production. Our culture prioritizes quality and collaboration. We deploy multiple times a week and rely on mob and pair programming to share knowledge and solve problems together.

The Core Requirement

To succeed in this role, you need deep expertise in Java (ideally 21/SE+) and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. This is our only non-negotiable requirement. If you know Java well, we trust that you can learn the rest.

Nice to Have

While not required, familiarity with the following technologies will get you up to speed faster:

- Spring Boot

(building reliable backend systems)

- AWS

(DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, or CDK)

- DevOps Basics

(Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, or GitHub)
