Assignment Description

We are looking for an Automotive Interior & Exterior Lighting Engineer

What you will work on

Develop and improve interior and exterior lighting systems for heavy vehicles

Act as Team Lead / Scrum Master within the lighting development area

Adapt lighting solutions to changing requirements, regulations, and standards

Define and maintain technical specifications for lighting components and systems

Work closely with suppliers responsible for lamp development

Ensure system-level integration of lighting solutions across the vehicle

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within electronics, design, and project management

Work according to the customer's processes, tools, and standards

What you bring

Previous experience working with electronics within the automotive industry

Background as an engineer, with interest in or experience moving into a Scrum Master / team lead role

Understanding of automotive lighting systems and related regulations

Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments

Ability to work on-site the majority of the week
