Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to develop, program, and implement automation solutions for industrial systems and production environments. This role involves both project-based work and long-term improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with production, project management, maintenance, and suppliers to ensure stable and efficient automation operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and implement automation solutions for industrial systems and production environments
• Work on both project-based assignments and long-term improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with production, project management, maintenance, and suppliers
• Ensure stable and efficient automation operations
• Design and optimize automation systems and control strategies
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation installations
• Document automation solutions and provide technical support

Profile Requirement

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in automation and control systems within industrial environments
• Good knowledge of PLC programming and control systems
• Understanding of industrial processes and production flows
• Ability to work structured in project-based environments
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent English (Swedish is meriting)
• Background in industrial automation or control engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Siemens, ABB, Rockwell or equivalent automation systems
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems development and implementation
• Experience with robotics integration and programming
• Background in commissioning and start-up of automation systems
• Experience from manufacturing industry or process industry
• Electrical engineering or automation engineering education
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and networks
