Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Electrical Design Engineer

What you will work on

Acting as the responsible electrical designer in automation projects

Electrical design and development of customized control systems

Performing technical calculations and creating system documentation

Contributing to product development and maintenance of existing products

Providing technical support to production, installation, and service teams

Supporting project managers in development and delivery projects

Assisting sales teams with technical input during quotation and pre-sales phases

Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and project teams

What you bring

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent practical experience

At least 5 years of experience as an electrical design engineer within automation

Strong background in electrical design and industrial automation systems

Experience with programming and control systems (PLC and automation tools)

Experience in technical coordination and project-based work

Proven ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions

Ability to work independently and take technical ownership of solutions

Excellent skills in AutoCAD Electrical (mandatory)

Experience with SolidWorks Electrical and SISTEMA

Familiarity with tools such as Drive Composer, Machine Expert, Operator Terminal Expert, and SoMove (advantageous)

Good proficiency in both Swedish and English

Valid B driving license for occasional customer visits
