Join our Nordic Headquarters in our brand-new office in Solna, where we have nearly 100 colleagues working across Sales, Marketing, and support functions. The Nordics is part of our North Europe Cluster, bringing together the Nordics, UK, and Benelux as one team. What you'll do:

As anAssistant Manager, Marketing Operations, you will play a key role in delivering seamless seasonal execution across the Nordics, with a strong emphasis on showroom operations and end-to-end sample management. You act as the central link between Sales, Brand teams, creative partners and the local sample warehouse, ensuring the Nordics showroom consistently reflects adidas' brand standards and supports an effective Go-to-Market process.

Key Responsibilities

• You coordinate the full showroom setup process for the Nordics, managing seasonal planning, sample organisation, stakeholder alignment and on-site execution to deliver a premium brand experience.
• You oversee all daily showroom operations - including maintenance, diary management and budget tracking - ensuring the space remains functional, inspiring and ready for key meetings.
• You bring strong sample management skills, handling the complete seasonal sample flow, managing queries, ensuring availability, and maintaining close collaboration with the Nordics sample warehouse.
• You will build strong relationships with Nordic stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing Ops, the graphics agency and the sample warehouse, ensuring smooth communication and operational accuracy.
• You apply a detail-oriented approach to visual standards, ensuring all VM requirements, product displays and seasonal briefs are executed accurately and consistently within the Nordics showroom.
• You think analytically and solution-focused, identifying opportunities to enhance showroom performance, improve workflow efficiency and deliver cost-effective operations.

Skills you'll need:

• You 'll bring a academic background, ideally supported by studies in Business or Project Management.
• You will have a strong connection to the lifestyle and sports industry, with hands-on experience working with relevant brands or products.
• You've built at least two years of project management experience, confidently handling multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
• You thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure environments and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
• You demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are flexible when the business requires it - including occasional travel, evenings, or weekend commitments.

We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the office (2 fixed days for full collaboration with our colleagues) and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from on the other 2 days.
