Area Sales Manager - Sweden West

Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales team as anArea Sales Manager - Sweden West.

Work Arrangement:This is a field-based role covering the western region of Sweden. You will need to hold a valid driving licence and be located within the territory or willing to relocate.

TheArea Sales Manager - Sweden Westwill join us on afull time, permanent basis and in return you will receive acompetitive base salarydepending on experience +commission.

About the Role
As anArea Sales Manager, you will play a vital part in supporting our retail partners and driving the growth of the Callaway Golf business across the West region of Sweden. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll deliver exceptional service, build strong commercial relationships, and consistently achieve sales and performance targets.

You will manage a structured weekly schedule, aiming for 20+ high-quality sales visits per week, ensuring our brand is well represented, our products are understood, and our retail partners are fully supported. From delivering impactful product presentations and training, to executing retail programmes, analysing business performance, and conducting Demo Days, you will be a key ambassador for Callaway Golf in your territory.

About You
You will bring a high-energy, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You're a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, influencing partners, and supporting retail success. As a proactive self-starter, you will be comfortable managing your territory independently, planning effectively, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

A passion for golf is essential, along with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and professionally.

Required:

• Proven field sales experience

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities

• Proven team player with effective collaboration skills

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Passionate and experienced golfer

• Full driving licence

Preferred:

• Experience in golf retail or sporting goods industry
