Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovativeApplied AI Automation Engineerto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming prototypes into scalable, production-ready AI-powered automations. You will design and operate solutions that integrate seamlessly with client systems, delivering measurable business impact. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to meaningful advancements in automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop microservices that encapsulate LLM logic, embeddings, and intelligent agents.
• Design and implement multi-step pipelines and orchestration workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions in cloud environments, while contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Enhance retrieval mechanisms, caching strategies, and error-handling components.
• Participate in design and code reviews, as well as technical planning sessions.
• Translate business objectives into maintainable and scalable workflows.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in software or automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, including asynchronous programming and service design.
• Hands-on experience with LLM/embedding SDKs and vector databases.
• Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configuration.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt tuning, and cost/latency trade-offs.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Lvable, Cursor, Codex).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain or custom-built solutions, and real-time APIs.
• Expertise in retrieval and caching optimization, as well as observability and metrics.
• Proven experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Commitment to continuous improvement through testing, documentation, and iterative development.

• Proficiency in English is required. Swedish is optional but advantageous.
• Occasional travel may be required
