We are now looking for anengaged and experienced Application Developerwho enjoys taking full ownership of development-from understanding user needs and crafting solutions, to implementation and quality assurance-together with a dedicated agile team.

About the Role

As part of ourteam, you will contribute to how drivers interact with the vehicle through displays, stalks, switches, and other interface elements. You will work close to the product and participate in the whole development cycle, creating both core logic and HMI-related features.

You will collaborate in a cross-functional Scrum team, including a Product Owner. Together, you will deliver high-quality software with strong focus on continuous integration and automated regression testing. Each team owns its product over time and takes pride in long-term quality and system stability.

What You Will Work With

• 
  Developing embedded software primarily in C within an Autosar environment
  
• 
  Working with different systems involving:
  
  • 
    Instrument cluster (Driver Information Module)
    
  • 
    Dual-processor hardware: Autosar side towards vehicle + Linux/Yocto side for graphical engine
    
  • 
    Communication via CAN, LIN, Ethernet
    
  • 
    SOME-IP, STOMP, and display-sharing protocols
    
• 
  Applying ISO 26262 requirements throughout implementation
  
• 
  Collaborating in an agile setup and participating in refinement, planning, reviews, and retros
  
• 
  Working closely with domain experts, testers, interaction designers, and other development teams
  
• Climate control systems, or other mechatronics systems

Who We're Looking For

You are a fast-learning, curious, and team-oriented developer with experience in embedded systems. You enjoy understanding the full context of the product and strive for clean, maintainable, and well-tested software.

Basic qualifications

Required Competence

• 
  Strong experience with Embedded C
  
• 
  Background in Autosar development
  
• 
  Experience developing with ISO 26262 safety requirements
  
• 
  Comfortable working end-to-end-from concept to tested implementation
  
• M.Sc. or equivalent from Systems, controls & Mechatronics, Data Science, Electro Eng
• Fluent in English and Swedish

Preferred additional skills, personal traits and experience

Meritorious

• 
  Experience with C++/Qt
  
• 
  Knowledge of CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication
  
• 
  Familiarity with SOME-IP or similar middleware
  
• 
  Automotive or truck domain experience
