We are looking for an experienced App & Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of App-first, customer-centric digital banking solutions. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into scalable and actionable requirements, enabling consistent user journeys across digital channels while supporting rapid growth and sustainable expansion across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

App & Channel Strategy

Co-define a scalable, modular App and channel strategy supporting multi-market growth and multiple banking products.

Ensure alignment with App-first principles and omni-channel consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Business Analysis & Requirements

Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation for digital banking App initiatives.

Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain full traceability.

Identify gaps in user journeys and opportunities for harmonization across markets and channels.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, and Engineering teams to align business objectives with technical implementation.

Bridge strategic product goals with App delivery constraints, ensuring feasibility and scalability.

Recommend solutions to enhance App performance, scalability, and platform robustness.

CI/CD, Governance & Experimentation

Specify requirements and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, including feature flags and staged rollouts.

Define RACI models for governance of feature toggles, A/B testing, and localization assets.

Participate in design reviews and provide expert input on App delivery processes.

Metrics & Performance

Define and track KPIs and success metrics related to channel performance, adoption, and user satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

Digital Banking & App Delivery (5+ years)

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital banking, fintech, or large-scale transformation programs.

Strong track record delivering mobile App solutions with focus on speed-to-market and scalability.

Deep understanding of App-first strategies and omni-channel engagement.

Pan-European App Scaling

Experience balancing a shared core App platform with local regulatory, language, and UX/UI adaptations across multiple European markets.

Requirements & Process Management

Strong command of business analysis practices, including:

Acceptance criteria

Traceability and governance

Collaboration Across Product, Tech & Business

Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between business strategy, product management, and technical delivery.

Multi-Product App Architecture

Experience supporting multiple banking products within a single App experience.
