Clearwater is expanding in Gothenburg

Clearwater is a leading global corporate finance house with 21 offices around the world. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking new talents to join our team in Gothenburg. The anticipated start date is August 2026; however, an earlier start can be discussed depending on your availability.

Clearwater is an innovative M&A adviser with a focus on sell-side assignments. Our customers primarily consist of entrepreneurs and family-owned companies, but also large Nordic companies, private equity firms and investment companies.

At Clearwater, you will be working with live buy-side and sell-side mandates from day one and interact with business owners, senior executives at large investment companies, listed companies and private equity firms on a regular basis. Your profile

• You are finalising a relevant business, finance, economics or industrial enginerering and management education, or have 0-2 years of working experience within corporate finance, management consulting or a similar role
• Exceptional analytical skills - Given that we help our clients navigate their most critical strategic decisions, our employees must possess exceptional analytical skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality - We value colleagues who are dedicated, easy to work with and have a positive outlook
• Good communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly
• Fluent in Swedish and English
