We are looking for a talented ADAS Algorithm Test Engineer that will be focused on testing and validation of the next generation of ADAS perception algorithms. You will join our Radar Perception team full of ambitious and highly competent developers and test engineers at our site in Gothenburg.
In this role you will be part of a scrum team that executes the testing of new perception and feature function algorithms and radar hardware in vehicles, but also in simulation and HIL.
You will develop and maintain our logging and simulation tools which are written in C++ and develop various scripts and programs that support our verification needs. You will have a close dialogue with development teams to feed back observations but also to take in feedback for testing and tooling upgrades.

Area of responsibility
- Working in Scrum team focusing on algorithm vehicle-level testing, embedded algorithms and ADAS/AD pursuit and demo development
- Evaluation and testing of different ADAS/AD algorithm components and SW releases in test vehicles and HIL
- Vehicle testing of latest radar HW generations and SW releases and dialogue with corresponding organizations
- Development of simulation software and logging tools (C++)
- Programming and scripting to enable testing on big data sets using simulation
- Continuous improvement of supporting factors, e.g., development tools and testing environment
- Organization and execution of data collection activities based on current needs of algorithm development team
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution for ongoing programs and projects and analysis of demo feedback
Preferred education
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechatronics or equivalent qualification

- ADAS/AD development, testing and/or integration
- ADAS performance testing
- ADAS perception and/or feature function system knowledge
- Scenario-based evaluation and testing of ADAS algorithm
- C/C++, Python, Matlab
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to learn
- Good communication, presentation, team work & social skills, goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Fluent in English written and verbally
- Swedish driving license
Meritorious experience
- Experience in radar development
- Experience working with GIT/Gerrit/Jenkins, Jira or similar
- Previous Start of Production (SOP) experience of ADAS projects
- Hands-on experience in automotive communication standards (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet etc.) and time-sync protocols
