Assignment Description

We are looking for an AI specialist with a strong business-oriented mindset to support a customer service organization in adopting and leveraging AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You Will Work On

Advising customer service teams on how AI can be applied to improve efficiency and service quality

Bridging business needs with technical AI solutions and architectures

Supporting the design, development, and rollout of AI use cases within Microsoft platforms

Ensuring AI solutions comply with GDPR and applicable AI regulatory frameworks

Supporting requirement gathering, prioritization, and risk assessment

Contributing to governance, quality assurance, and responsible AI practices

Educating stakeholders and strengthening organizational AI maturity

What You Bring

Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE)

Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in customer service environments

Solid understanding of AI-related regulations such as GDPR and relevant AI Act principles

Strong communication and pedagogical skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences

Structured and analytical approach with focus on quality, value creation, and risk management

Experience from banking or insurance (meriting)

Experience planning and delivering training or enablement initiatives (meriting)
