Would you like to help clients transform their business by identifying and unlocking value through AI & Data? Accenture Strategy & Consulting practice is looking for a Consultant for our AI & Data team in Stockholm.

Description of practice and role:

Within AI & Data, we help our clients transform their business through advanced analytics, modern data solutions, machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI - designing and implementing scalable, production grade AI solutions that deliver real business value. Alongside strategic business advisory, we are also the world's largest team of data scientists, data engineers, and experts in machine learning and AI. In Sweden our team consists of more than 30 AI professionals within Strategy & Consulting, and a large extended network within Technology & Song.

As part of our Nordic AI & Data practice, you'll work with talented people from diverse backgrounds to help organizations grow in a digital-first world. You'll be driving value with AI strategies, from concept to implementation, while ensuring businesses become future-ready.

In this role, you will:

• Lead or co-lead workstreams in AI strategy development and adoption, where Data and AI meet and solve real business challenges.

• Guide clients in setting up agentic AI platforms, working closely with tech experts and business stakeholders to ensure scalability and alignment with business goals.

• Apply storytelling and business acumen to co-create solutions and proposals with clients, translating complexity into clarity and synthesizing information.

• Support sales activities with e.g. producing sharp content and narratives for CXO pitches.

Qualification

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a proactive problem solver with good technical understanding of AI & Data, who can drive successful projects, mentor junior team members, and act as a key player to drive client projects and C-level interactions. You have a track record of driving AI- and data related strategy work, PMO experience related to implementing AI and agentic AI solutions end-to-end and you are passionate about applying cutting-edge AI technology to solve real-world business challenges.

Specifically, we expect a good match to:

• Bring 3+ years of experience in data/AI strategy, digital consulting, or AI-driven innovation from consulting, startups, or corporates.

• Combine strong business acumen and technical understanding to navigate topics like AI/ML, data platforms, and emerging technologies.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with local Swedish clients, translating complexity into actionable insights.

• Excellent English language speaking & writing skills, Swedish (or another Nordic language) is a plus.

• Hold a relevant master's degree (e.g., business, engineering, science) with strong academic results.
