We're looking for an AI CoE Strategy and Planning Manager to join us at Telia.

I'm Henrik Hofling, Technology AI Center of Excellence Lead, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on driving AI transformation by shaping strategy, ensuring organizational readiness, and delivering tangible business value.

What you'll do:
You will drive and enable the execution of the Technology AI Strategy across major initiatives to ensure alignment and value realization.
  • Shape and articulate a clear AI vision, translating Telia's ambitions into practical roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build integrated plans that align business leaders, Technology teams, HR, and enablement functions around shared AI goals.
  • Lead change management activities, partnering hands-on with project teams to embed AI capabilities into everyday processes and roles.
  • Monitor adoption, readiness, and value realization across AI initiatives, translating insights into continuous improvements and shared playbooks.


What will help you thrive in this role:
You are a strategic yet hands-on driver who thrives at the intersection of AI transformation and change management, translating complexity into clarity.
  • Proven experience in driving technology strategy, digital transformation, or complex technology/AI initiatives in large, multi-market organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, use cases, and value drivers, with the ability to connect AI capabilities to concrete business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders, proactively manage dependencies, and actively drive operational change delivery with a pragmatic "doer" mentality.
  • Strong alignment with Telia Way competencies, specifically customer focus, agile learning, resourcefulness, and a drive for results.
