We're a 125-person EdTech scale-up powering learning in 120+ countries. Our intelligent platform combines rich pedagogy with smart AI to help students and teachers thrive, from international schools to US high schools.

As we ramp up our content production efforts, we are looking for a delivery manager to keep things moving and on track. This could be a great next step for someone with a couple of years of experience running multiple projects in a fast-paced startup or scale-up. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, and when the road ahead is not clear, you're the one who figures it out and keeps things moving in the right direction.

Shape clear, energising delivery rhythms that keep every project moving without blockers or drift.

Bring writers, editors, designers, subject experts, AI tools, and partners together so everyone pulls in the same direction.

Use AI to speed up how we create content and raise the bar on both quality and pace.

Spot what is slowing us down, fix it quickly, and keep improving how we work using data and insight.

What we're looking for

Someone who gets things done, stays organised under pressure, and keeps teams focused on what matters.

A confident facilitator and coach who can cut through confusion and help people do their best work.

Experience running complex projects with many moving parts, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Someone who uses AI to supercharge delivery and push projects forward faster than before.

A practical problem solver who can think creatively but execute with structure.

A curious mind that enjoys trying new tools and ways of working to keep raising the pace and quality.
