Do you want to help shape the future of autonomous transport systems and use Agentic AI to create real business value? We are now looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer who wants to work at the forefront of AI and autonomous technology, in an initiative that contributes to safer, more efficient, and more sustainable transport.

We are currently in an exciting commercialization phase of autonomous mining trucks, where the technology is moving from innovation to real-world operations. Our team's mission is to support and enhance the operation of autonomous transport systems through smart use of data and AI.

About the role

As a Senior Agentic AI Developer, you will be a key contributor to the development of agent-based AI solutions within the offboard system that supports autonomous transport solutions. You will work with well-defined and already validated use cases that are planned to be realized during 2026, with clear ownership within the team and strong alignment with leadership.

The role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The focus is on automating processes and orchestrating workflows within areas such as software development, customer service, and operational support, through integration of internal systems and data via MCP and OpenAI-based platforms for LLM capabilities.

You are expected not only to develop solutions, but also to lead initiatives, coach colleagues, and ensure that AI investments result in concrete and measurable business outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Agentic AI within the ATS offboard system through analysis, experimentation, and realization of relevant use cases related to process automation and workflow orchestration
• Act as a technical leader within AI engineering, with a strong focus on knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
• Develop scenarios for operational development in autonomous transport systems using advanced data-driven methods
• Develop software, services, and algorithms for data analysis within autonomous transport systems
• Design, develop, and integrate AI solutions that increase the value of operational data platforms
• Contribute to the design and development of data pipelines in Kafka and Databricks

We believe you have the following background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2-5 years of documented experience working with Agentic AI solutions
• At least 5 years of experience as a software developer
• Strong ability to communicate, lead change, and drive AI initiatives across organizational boundaries
• A genuine interest in translating new technology into practical and commercial value
• Fluent English, both spoken and written

• Work model: Hybrid (4 days on-site)
