About the company

We are a growing company operating within passenger transport and taxi services. Our goal is to provide safe, efficient, and sustainable transport solutions for both corporate and private customers. As our operations expand, we are strengthening our administrative team and are now looking for a structured and service-oriented administrator.

About the role

As an Administrator / Office Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring that documentation, communication, and coordination processes run smoothly. The position combines independent administrative work with collaboration across internal teams, partners, and customers.

Main responsibilities

Your duties will primarily consist of general administrative and coordination tasks, including:

Managing and maintaining administrative documentation and records

Preparing daily transport and dispatch documentation

Registering and updating information in internal systems

Handling incoming emails, bookings, and administrative inquiries

Maintaining daily contact with customers, drivers, and business partners

Supporting scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination

Preparing monthly administrative summaries and contractor reports

Assisting with general office administration and follow-up tasks

Ensuring accurate record keeping and structured information handling

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in administrative or office support work

Good computer and system skills

Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Basic knowledge of Swedish

A structured and detail-oriented working approach

Good organizational and prioritization skills

A responsible, service-minded, and solution-oriented attitude

Experience or education within transport, logistics, or service operations is considered an advantage. Job will be part time for now and possibility of full time job in near future is there.
