Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Drive B2B sales by identifying and establishing strong relationships with large IT enterprises in Sweden and the Nordic region.

• Client Management: Understand customer needs and offer tailored cybersecurity automation, compliance, and IT solutions for long-term business cooperation.

• Sales Growth: Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed business targets while continuously exploring new client opportunities.

• Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate seamless cooperation between Chinese headquarters and Nordic clients, ensuring efficient project execution.

• Enterprise IT Procurement Process Management: Navigate IT procurement processes for enterprises, including those in China, ensuring compliance with local market requirements.

• Project Coordination: Oversee the full sales cycle, from pre-sales support, business negotiation, contract signing, to project implementation.

• Market Research & Strategy Optimization: Tracking industry trends, analyzing competition, and refining sales strategies to drive business success.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ICT, cloud computing, cybersecurity, automation, or compliance.

• Existing client relationships with large IT enterprises in Sweden or the Nordic region, capable of quickly developing and maintaining strong partnerships.

• Expertise in enterprise IT procurement processes, with the ability to guide clients efficiently through procurement cycles in both Nordic and Chinese markets.

• Strong cross-cultural adaptability, able to communicate and negotiate effectively in diverse business environments.

• Language Skills:

English: Fluent (Required)

Swedish & Chinese: Proficiency Highly Preferred, ensuring seamless coordination with both local clients and the headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at AWS, Microsoft Cloud, Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto, or other ICT companies.

• Familiarity with IT sales processes in the Nordic market, including enterprise procurement dynamics.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling market expansion from the ground up, solving challenges with agility.
