Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in our Stockholm office.

What you will be doing as Accounts Payable Specialist…

• Oversight of accounts payable for a shopping center and/or management company.
• Processing bank bookings and manually handling invoices.
• Performing closing tasks related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintaining direct communication with suppliers, which requires you to be fluent in Dutch.
• Developing and refining systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Participating in and leading various projects, such as harmonising processes across the region.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful as an Accounts Payable Specialist

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Intermediate level in Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to work towards deadlines
• Accounting knowledge is a plus but not required
