TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop growth opportunities within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
Define and implement an annual business plan and sales strategy to drive market expansion.
Manage and strengthen relationships with key industry players, including End-Users and OEMs.
Provide technical and commercial expertise to customers, offering tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
Proactively manage the assigned territory, optimising time and resources to maximise sales performance.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
PROFILE:
Business fluency in Swedish and Danish, and any possible additional language skills, is a plus.
Experience or knowledge in the food and packaging process industry, including major players, technologies, and production methods.
Strong technical acumen or a background in engineering/sales with a technical focus.
A self-starter with a hands-on approach, able to work independently and take initiative.
Commercially driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines.
Willing and able to travel extensively within the region and abroad.

The first screening will be done by Beyondo, followed by an introduction to the client's Head of TA and hiring manager. The final interview will take place at the European Headquarters outside of Sweden.
