My name is Mikael Kvist, Sales Manager for Mid Market Enterprises in Sweden.

Your role & influence as Account Manager

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for guiding our clients through the development of their IT operations, simplifying complex decisions, and ensuring seamless development. Your goal is to establish Dustin as the preferred IT partner for clients by identifying their challenges and offering tailored solutions.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of driving revenue and earnings for your customer portfolio. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Sales Specialists, Procurement, Managed Services and Logistics to ensure seamless sales processes and strong customer relationships.

Core activities:

  • Manage and develop customer accounts to achieve budget, revenue, and profitability targets

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists to design solutions, support negotiations, and drive successful sales closures

  • Customer planning and developing Share of Wallet.

Additionally, it's important that:

  • You are results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales and budget targets

  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • You enjoy collaborating across teams and taking ownership of your customer portfolio

  • Documented track record of driving sales processes from initiation to completion

  • Experience with managing customer accounts, sales processes, and supporting complex sales closures

  • Technical skills: proficiency in CRM, AI-support tools, and Microsoft Office
