The Role
As anAccount Manager, you'll own client relationships with a focus onrenewals, retention, and value creation. You'll work closely with senior colleagues as part of our Client Success team to ensure clients maximise usage of the Centra platform and help define our best-in-class account management practices.
This role offersstrategic client work, identifying upsell opportunities, improving account management structure and cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive contract renewals and secure long-term client retention
- Maintain high-value client touchpoints via calls, meetings, and webinars
- Identify risks, opportunities, and expansion potential
- Support internal teams with billing, renewals, and complex negotiations
- Keep accurate forecasts and records in HubSpot CRM
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, client-first mindset, and trust-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Fluency in Swedish and English; other languages a bonus
- Stockholm-based, with occasional travel
Technical & E-commerce Skills
- Understanding of modern SaaS architecture, integrations, and APIs
- Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, payments, logistics, and CX
