Role overview:

With our state-of-the-art IT platform for emergency services vehicles, we strive to improve the efficiency and safety of emergency services throughout the Nordics. We are currently seeking a Account Manager who will manage and grow Evam's business in the Nordics. This position merges sales, business development, and technical understanding, forming a critical and unique resource dedicated to propelling our business growth in the Nordics.

You will be the joining our team in Sweden and work together with Evam's global management team to achieve your goals. The role includes growing existing business with end-users and strategic partners in the Nordic region as well as securing new business opportunities from new clients. Your career growth opportunities include becoming the Business Development Manager for the Nordics.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow existing business at existing customers and strategic partners in the Nordics region.
  • Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • In meetings, live and digital, present Evam's solutions for existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist Evam's global product team to ensure great product-market-fit of Evam's solutions in the Nordic market.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within the public safety sector in the Nordic market.
  • Manage customer pilots in the Nordics and ensure successful larger implementations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in business development, sales and/or product management.
  • Experience in B2G or B2B sales.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in Swedish or any other Scandinavian language as well as English
