The Role
As anAccount Executive at Alva Labs, you will focus exclusively onnew business acquisition. You'll play a critical role in expanding our market presence by identifying, engaging, and closing new customers within the SaaS and HR-tech space.
You will own the full sales cycle - from pipeline generation to deal closure - and work closely with multiple stakeholders on the customer side, as well as internally with marketing, product, and leadership.
Your work will have a direct impact on Alva's growth and on how organizations around the world make hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SaaS market
- Drive pipeline generation and manage the full sales cycle end-to-end
- Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders (e.g. HR, legal, procurement, security)
- Understand customer needs and position Alva's solutions as the best possible match
- Present and communicate the value of Alva's products in a clear and compelling way
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategy and market needs
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, focused on new business
- Background in SaaS sales with experience managing full sales cycles
- Experience in complex, non-commodity sales and stakeholder-heavy processes
- 3-5 years of total commercial experience (sales, commercial CS, consulting, etc.)
Skills & Profile
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hunter mentality - proactive, driven, and comfortable pushing deals forward
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Structured, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
- Fluency in Swedish and English (required)
Nice to Have
- Experience or network within HR-tech, recruitment software, or psychometrics
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
