The main purpose of the Senior Operations Excellence Specialist is to drive commercial operational excellence for Cytiva’s growing portfolio of digital products and services within the Automation, Digital, and Learning Solutions business. This role aims to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure smooth internal communications and workflow. Allowing the job holder to actively contribute to enhancing processes and drive growth within the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Own and continuously improve the implementation of scalable, automated Order to Remittance workflows for Cytiva’s digital products and services, including keeping records of customers’ entitlements and generating license keys for software products.
- Own and continuously improve contracting workflows for digital products and services, including maintaining consistency in standard contract terms and approvals.
- Support our Sales, Customer Success, Finance and regional Customer Service with information related to team availability and planning & by ensuring correct and timely booking invoicing of incoming orders.
- Lead product management teams through facilitating processes such as setting up and maintaining article numbers in accordance to contracting workflows, price revisions, etc. in order to develop and ensure compliance with consistent naming standards.
- Monitor and manage process performance and efficiency of key commercial processes, including definition of key metrics and communication to relevant stakeholders, including provision of data for key commercial processes such as Funnel Management and Growth Room.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related experiences.
- Extensive commercial operations experience in a global organization with deep understanding of sales process and customer needs.
- Deliver results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management basics.
- Ability to travel within Europe and USA (up to 20% of time).
Previous experience with SFDC, SAP, Confluence, and Power BI is a plus.
You will participate in and/or lead Continuous Improvement and sustainment activities.
